This Privacy Policy explains how OMG Sites (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use omgsites.com, including our business directory, search, and contact form.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you use the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you enter.
- Business listing details — information businesses submit for their listing, such as business name, address, phone number, website and description.
- Usage information — standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use information
- To respond to messages and listing requests.
- To publish and maintain business listings.
- To keep the directory accurate, secure and working well.
Third-party content
Some pages show content from other services, including embedded Google Maps, the ABC News Politics RSS feed (delivered through rss2json.com), Google Fonts and links to listed businesses’ own websites. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use only the browser storage needed for the site to work (for example, briefly caching feed headlines). Embedded third-party services may set their own cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us, and businesses can request updates to their listing at any time.
